Step 1
Qualifications
Agent:
- All applicants must be: 18 years old or older
- Able to pass a 7- year background check
- Responsible for the background check fee of $30 (reusable for 36 months)
Equipment
All Agents must own a computer and headset. Equipment must be compatible with the Arise Platform software. * Please refer to our Equipment Page for Headset options, speed test, and requirements.
Home Office
All Agents must have a quiet workspace, access to high-speed internet, and a router or modem.
Step 2
Register
on the InRICHmint website by Apply Now or Contact Page.
Email response will be sent to Get Started
In the email the Agent will be sent a passcode to have an interview.
Denial or Acceptance email is sent in 1-3 days. Denial, you can re-apply in 6 months. Acceptance, Agent receives InRICHmint Company ID and Referral codes to Set up Arise Account in Portal.

Arise Account Setup
- Enter personal information, then Referral Code provided in email when prompted
- Verification of your identity and SSN, select “Join Service Partner”
- Enter Partner ID provided in email choose Inrichmint LLC to join our Call Center
- Email InRICHmint Pending to have the request approved
- Once accepted refresh the screen on the Portal to sign the required Agreements and Waivers
- Email InRICHmint Pending to have the request finalized.

STEP 4
Skills Assessment
After completing the Arise registration and it is finalized by InRICHmint, Agents will then be prompted to complete the Skills Assessment (please Do Not Skip Ahead).
The Skills Assessment will take approximately 30-40 minutes which is used to understand how the Agent will interact with clients within provided job opportunities.

PC CHECK
Agents must complete a PC Check to ensure the PC compatibility with Arise software. The PC Check can be found in the task box within the Arise Portal, by messaging AVA (Arise Virtual Assistant) and requesting a scan link, or here on our Equipment Page.

Background Check
Agents must complete a background check through Arise. It is a 7- year background check, it is good for 36 months, and is reusable across all jobs through the Arise Platform.
All prompts can be found in the task box within the Arise Portal.
STEP 7
Selecting a Job
Once Agents have completed all tasks outlined, agents are able to choose a job opportunity of their preference.
Arise maintains partnerships with a multitude of Fortune 500 companies spanning over 10+ industries.
Each client has an Opportunity Announcement listed in the portal when available. Please check Portal Daily, interested Agents need to review the opportunities in its entirety before agreeing and starting training.
After choosing an opportunity, Agents must add name, dates, & time of training on the shared calendar on the InRICHmint platform.

Certification Training
After selecting a Client Opportunity, Agents will need to complete the company’s designated certification training course. Please sign up immediately, classes fill up quickly.
Training duration is between 2-6 weeks and is contingent upon the client you select.
Training Days are roughly 4 hours per day.
Certification is unpaid; however, some training classes will have a “Learn While You Earn” system implemented. During this period, Agents will be paid and gain certifications while taking live calls.
Once Agents have completed the training, they are immediately able to begin servicing and curating their own schedule.
STEP 9
Dropping a Client
It is Imperative that Agents attend the first day of training. Agents will be charged a $20 refundable fee by the client, but dropped by the client and program if Agent is a no show.
If Agent drops or is dropped from the program, the Agent has to wait 30 days before enrolling into a new opportunity.
Two incidents within a 60-day period may result in a permanent ban from the platform.
Two weeks before training is complete, Agents will receive final Docusign from InRICHmint NDA & Waiver to complete. Agent receives Welcome email once Docusign is returned.
