Questions regarding Class Confirmation Deposit/Background Check

You cannot proceed until the background check is complete. This typically takes 1-3 business days, upon completion of the background check the third-party vendor sends the information to Arise. Once a background check is received, it will be reflected on your profile. If you have questions as to the status of your background check order please contact the vendor, First Advantage by calling 844-344-9084.

How do I get paid?

All rates are paid by Arise to InRICHmint, Agents working for InRICHmint are paid bi-weekly direct deposit.

What should I do if I want to change client opportunity class time?

Please visit enrollment chat and if there is availability in a different class time, they can make the change for you.

What is my Agent ID/ User ID?

Your Agent ID/ User ID is the number used to identify you in the Arise systems for security purposes. You can find your Agent ID / User ID located in the top right- hand corner of the Arise dashboard.

How long before I can start servicing a client program?

Upon successful completion of the registration process, your next step will be to enroll in the client certification course of your choice. Client courses may take as little as three weeks or as long as eight weeks to complete depending on the program selected.

What should I do if I will be on vacation for some of the days of a certification course?

100% attendance is strongly encouraged. Try to find an opportunity that you will be able to attend every session.

I am already enrolled in an opportunity but would like to enroll in another one. Is this possible?

You can enroll in another opportunity if the class times do not conflict.

How do I activate my profile after a period of not providing services?

If you are inactive a did not notify InRICHmint you will be dropped from the platform after 90 days. If you need time away and have communicated such, you will receive a message about being inactive. Please send a request via email to registration@registration.arise.com. Please include your User ID / Agent ID, full name, email address, mailing address and phone number in your email communication to reactivate. DO NOT create another profile as doing so may permanently disqualify you from the Arise Platform. If you have created a profile and cannot remember the details, please send an email to  registration@registration.arise.com and describe the details of your issue.

Why can’t I Log onto Arise?

Make sure you are not using a Proxy/VPN. Try using a different browser (Chrome, Firefox. Safari, Edge) If all else fails, go to arise.okta.com and log in using your username and password and press the Arise portal tile; this should bring you directly in the Arise portal with no errors. Please make sure we are servicing in your state. Go to Landing page for the list.

How much does each job pay? What is the starting rate?

Positions can start as low as $10+ an hour, but offer $5+ Intervals (every 30 minutes) on top of your hourly pay and incentives. However, the pay varies according to the job type and your score on the assessment. Your score will determine which jobs are best and suitable for you. You will have access to the Opportunity Announcement on the portal. We recommend when you choose your job to print out the Opportunity Announcement as your reference for pay, class times, requirements, etc.

I was signed up for training and now I do not see the job in my portal?

Unfortunately, in this case you were dropped due to not passing the background check. Or the class is FULL, do not be discouraged by this the job will come back around. Please select another job in the meantime.

If I drop a client, can they be added back on?

Yes, all they would need to do is log into their portal and search you by ID.

What happens if you fail an Arise assessment?

If you have not successfully passed the assessment after attempting the final assessment three times within seven-day period, you will be un-enrolled from the course. If you would like to re-enroll in the assessment, please email admissions@admissions.arise.com and request that your profile be reset.

How do you know if you passed the assessment?

Depending on when you complete the assessment, it could take 2-12 hours to get the result. Continue checking the admissions portal page and look under notifications to see if you passed. You may also receive an email.
