TERMS OF SERVICE
Agreements and Paperwork will be provided once you are a registered Customer Service Representative and all documents are signed on the portal and Docusign. After you have been accepted, you will be allowed to take your assessments that you must pass! If you fail you have 30 days to retake the assessment.
Certification Training you are required to pay a $20 deposit on the first day to hold the class. You will be refunded within 7-10 business days to the original method of payment.
Companies do require a background check which you must pay $30 and it is good for 3 years.
All Applicants that are hired must maintain work (a minimum of 20 hours), and not sit idle waiting for the perfect job. You will be dropped from the InRICHmint platform. Each opportunity will come back around.

We do not take taxes from your pay. You are a 1099 contractor no taxes, insurance benefits, or 401K will be deducted from your check. At the end of the year, you will receive a 1099 form if you made more than $600. We highly recommend working with or hiring a professional tax specialist to go over what you can write off as far as deductions and expenses for independent contractors.
InRICHmint does take a fee that will be deducted from your pay. The fee for InRICHmint is for administrative and operating expenses in order for us to offer the work at home opportunity. We are responsible for the individuals operating under our call center as individual contractors.
